Patient Care

The division faculty members have been repeatedly cited as leaders in the diagnosis and treatment of metabolic bone diseases through their clinical outpatient service, specifically the Bone Health Program. The Program has received national recognition for its multi-disciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of bone diseases, primarily Paget's disease of the bone and osteoporosis. The faculty has also been responsible for targeting several diseases processes in their clinical trials. Currently, the division's clinical activities are located in the Medicine Multispecialty Center on 5 CAM and the HCI Building in West County.
